The machine cuts the bread and collects the slices in a plastic bag within 20 seconds.
The machine increases your baguette turnover and outsources the work of the bread department.
The packaging process is also much cleaner because the slices are no longer touched after cutting.
The slices go into the plastic bag immediately after cutting. The machine cuts the baguette diagonally into 16 mm slices, slightly thicker than the standard bread slicer does.
